•Order cancelation is accepted with a 25% restocking fee. (Only valid within 5 days of placing your order) 

•Each individual pair is handcrafted upon order. 

•once production begins we cannot Process any cancellation requests. 

•If there is a defect with item upon arrival, We will need a photo of the damage emailed to us with your order number. 
Management will determine whether or not to have it shipped back for adjustment. 

•If you have received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake. (The item must not be worn, if worn it will be sent back)
